These mind cards are designed to help you become more mindful of your feelings and thoughts, and give you the tools needed to help with your happiness and mental health. By getting into a positive habit everyday, they can help create the healthiest and happiest life for you.

This pack contains 45 individually designed cards, split into five categories:


Kindness - doing random acts of kindness can release hormones such as serotonin and oxytocin that can lead to increased happiness and energy, as well as reduce stress and anxiety.


Ritual - building mindful and positive rituals into your life can be beneficial to your wellbeing. 


Gratitude - take pleasure from the little things in daily life that help creative overall happiness. Take time to stop and appreciate what makes you happy.


Journal - journaling can be a powerful way to reflect on how you are living and what you can do differently to feel more fulfilled. When you pick out a card for a second time, see if you answer in the same way as before, or has something changed for you to answer differently from the first time.


Reflection - Spend ten minutes of your day reflecting on the quote on the card and how you could apply it to your life in the present. Can the meaning you find behind the words be used to better yourself or your life?
