Gratitude - take pleasure from the little things in daily life that help creative overall happiness. Take time to stop and appreciate what makes you happy.


Journal - journaling can be a powerful way to reflect on how you are living and what you can do differently to feel more fulfilled. When you pick out a card for a second time, see if you answer in the same way as before, or has something changed for you to answer differently from the first time.
