Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping as a standard option, however this can be arranged at an extra cost that we can discuss with you.

When can I collect my item?

Non personalised items will usually be ready for collection within 24 hours during our opening times. Once you have received your 'ready for collection' email, please bring this with you as proof to be able to take your items.

When will I receive my order?

Non personalised items will be posted within 3 working days, then please allow 3-5 working days delivery time.

Personalised items are subject to a handling time of up to 14 working days, plus 3-5 working days delivery time.
