Delivery & Returns

Website orders will be sent out via courier or royal mail. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery after dispatch. Most items will be sent out within 1-3 working days, with the exception of some personalised items that may require up to 10 working days handling time. Orders with both personalised and non-personalised items will be dispatched once ALL items are ready to be posted. Some personalised items may be sent to you directly from an outside supplier to shorten delivery periods meaning you may receive your goods in two separate deliveries. If this is the case we will contact you and let you know.
Please allow extra time for handling and delivery during busy periods such as Christmas. If you require an item more urgently please feel free to contact us before purchasing your item.
Items that are damaged or faulty can be returned to us and a full refund or exchange given. Please contact us in the first instance so we can manage the issue promptly.
Returned items must be received by us within 14 days for a full refund.
If you change your mind about an item, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, are non-refundable. 
Please contact us and return the item and we will process the refund as soon as possible.
Unfortunately personalised items that are spelt incorrectly through your own mistake are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Once all items have been added to your basket please select the 'collection' option.
This will enable you to collect your order for free once you have confirmation it is ready for you. 
Any orders with personalised items will still be subject to handling time periods.
